Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Agrolyst Farms (“Agrolyst”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit agrolystfarms.com, contact us, or use account sign-in and registration features.
1. Information we may collect
- Contact and enquiry details: information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, enquiry topic and message.
- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and account details needed to create or access an account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google may provide basic profile information permitted by the sign-in flow.
- Technical information: limited information your browser or hosting provider may process to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
2. How we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries, manage account access, provide requested services, communicate about products or partnerships, maintain website security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not state that every category of information is collected on every visit.
3. Sign-in and service providers
Our account features use Supabase authentication and may offer Google sign-in. These providers process information as needed to authenticate users and operate their services, under their own privacy terms. Website hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical data. We do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
4. Google user data
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive only the information made available through the permissions and sign-in flow, which may include your name, email address, profile image or a Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, create or maintain your Agrolyst account, and provide account-related functionality. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for purposes unrelated to the account feature you requested. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the sign-in/account service, comply with law, or protect security, and we do not allow those providers to use it for unrelated purposes. We do not permit human access to Google user data except where you consent, where necessary for security or support, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Contact forms and WhatsApp
When you choose an email or WhatsApp contact option, information you submit may be passed to the relevant email application or messaging service so you can send your enquiry. WhatsApp and your email provider handle data under their own policies. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential browser storage or similar technologies may be used by authentication or service components to keep sign-in sessions working and protect accounts. Third-party services may use their own technologies. This policy does not claim that the site uses advertising cookies or analytics unless such features are added.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website and account features, where necessary to respond to your request, to comply with law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation subject to applicable requirements.
8. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, account operation, resolving enquiries, security and legal obligations. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can choose not to provide optional information, although some features may then be unavailable. Contact us using the details you have been given through your existing business relationship or the website's contact channels to make a privacy request.
10. Children
This website and its account features are intended for general business and customer use, not specifically for children. Please do not submit personal information about a child unless you are authorised to do so and it is necessary.
11. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we expect such processing to be handled in accordance with relevant data-protection requirements.
